A limited opportunity for exceptional homes only.
The 2026 World Cup will bring unprecedented global demand to Los Angeles. Elite Luxury Homes is curating a small, highly selective portfolio of private residences to host international families, executives, and corporate groups during the tournament. This is a short-term, high-impact opportunity for homes that meet elevated standards of design, privacy, and livability.
Applications are reviewed individually. Placement is limited.
Homes in our portfolio host international families, executives, and corporate groups who value discretion, reliability, and a professionally managed experience.
A highly curated approach
We do not operate as an open marketplace. Every home is reviewed, approved, and positioned intentionally to protect long-term homeowner value and ensure a consistent guest experience during major global events.
Premium, vetted guests
World Cup guests include international families, executives, and corporate groups who prioritize comfort, discretion, and respect for the property. Guest screening is central to our process.
Strategic pricing and placement
Homes selected for the World Cup benefit from demand-driven pricing, longer minimum stays, and focused exposure to qualified inquiries only. This approach maximizes return while reducing turnover.
Full-service support
Our team manages guest screening, contracts, logistics, and communication. We act as a strategic partner throughout the process, not a passive listing platform.
Not every application will be accepted.
Our goal is to build a portfolio that reflects the highest standard of Los Angeles luxury homes.
World Cup demand is highly segmented. Serious inquiries come from corporate hospitality groups, international families, media teams, and long-stay VIP travelers who begin planning months in advance and book decisively once schedules are confirmed. By limiting exposure to vetted World Cup guests rather than mass platforms, selected homes are positioned in front of travelers seeking privacy, security, and estate-level accommodations, not short-term party rentals. This reduces inquiry volume while increasing booking quality and stay length.
World Cup host cities are experiencing unprecedented pricing power, with luxury rental rates rising 2x to 3x once match schedules are released and specific team travel patterns become clear. Homes that meet top-tier standards are commanding significantly higher revenue per stay, particularly when positioned for longer bookings tied to group stages, knockout rounds, or extended corporate use. Pricing is adjusted dynamically based on demand peaks, not fixed calendar assumptions.
Unlike typical short-term rentals, World Cup bookings favor extended stays. Corporate groups, international families, and media teams often book 7 to 30+ nights to avoid relocation between matches and cities. Longer stays reduce operational strain, minimize cleaning turnover, and provide more predictable income during the tournament window, while aligning with local regulatory requirements in Los Angeles. Our dedicated concierge team will provide guests with anything they need throughout their stay, from housekeeping and transportation to private chefs and security.
World Cup bookings involve more coordination than standard leisure stays. Transportation logistics, staffing, security considerations, arrival timing, and privacy expectations all require proactive management. Dedicated support ensures that homeowners are not navigating contracts, guest requests, or scheduling complexity alone, while guests receive the high-touch service expected at this level. This structured approach protects the home, the owner’s time, and the overall guest experience during a high-intensity global event.
To ensure a consistent standard across our World Cup portfolio, all homes must meet the following requirements.
